Nets' Caris LeVert stretchered off after gruesome landing on his leg

MINNEAPOLIS -- Brooklyn Nets' Caris LeVert was stretchered off the court against the Minnesota Timberwolves after significantly injuring his leg on Monday.

The injury occurred with 3.7 seconds remaining in the first half of the game.

LeVert came down hard on his right leg after colliding with Jeff Teauge on an attempted chase-down block. He sat up and looked down at his leg, before laying back down on the court and placing his hands on his forehead in apparent pain.

The arena was silent as medics attended to LeVert, who had 10 points, five assists and four rebounds when he exited the game.
