On Sunday, ESPN's Holly Rowe called Most Outstanding Player Aliyah Boston by the wrong name after South Carolina's win in the women's national championship. On Monday, NCAA president Mark Emmert got the name of the men's championship team wrong.
After Kansas rallied from a 15-point halftime deficit to beat North Carolina and claim its fourth NCAA championship, Emmert was tasked with announcing the trophy presentation before head coach Bill Self took control of the hardware. Emmert got Self's name right.
