Division III Kueka College will change its nickname from the "Wolfpack" to the "Wolves" after the 2015-2016 academic year. Why? Because NC State threatened to sue.
Brad Bohlander, NC State’s chief communications officer, told the Greensboro News & Record via email that the school was willing to seek legal action against Kueka to “preserve the value ... and protect consumers from misinformation."

That's right: NC State, one of the most recognizable basketball schools in the country, thought people would get it and a small liberal arts college in New York confused because they shared the same nickname.
