For the first time since the days of Charles Barkley, the Phoenix Suns are in the NBA Finals.
The Suns defeated the shorthanded Los Angeles Clippers 130-103 to win the Western Conference finals and advance to the final series of the season, their first such trip since 1993.
It took a vintage night from Chris Paul, for better or worse, to get them there, and the veteran will be rewarded with the first Finals of his 16-year career. Paul finished with 41 points on 16-of-24 shooting (7-of-8 from deep), eight assists, four rebounds and three steals.
