The NBA fined Brooklyn Nets forward Kevin Durant $25,000 on Sunday "for directing obscene language toward a fan."
The league made the announcement regarding an interaction between Durant and a courtside fan during Friday's 113-105 Nets win over the Hawks in Atlanta. Video of the interaction later gained traction on social media.
The fan on the receiving end of the "obscene language" told Durant to "stop crying" during an in-bounds play. Durant wasn't having it.
