There are 13 teams in the running for the first overall pick this year. The Utah Jazz, Washington Wizards, Charlotte Hornets, and New Orleans Pelicans have the best odds, while the Dallas Mavericks, Chicago Bulls, and Sacramento Kings each have less than a 2% chance of earning the pick.
