N.B.A. Draft Lottery 2015: Timberwolves Get First Pick

After a season full of losing, the Knicks were hoping for some winning magic Tuesday night at the N.B.A.’s annual draft lottery. Instead, the Knicks will settle for the fourth overall pick after the order was revealed by Mark Tatum, the league’s deputy commissioner.
