Nashville SC faces D.C. United as it wraps up its four-game homestand May 17.
Nashville (7-4-2, 23 points) is off to its best-ever start in MLS and sits in fourth place in the Eastern Conference, its highest in two years, as it hosts D.C. (3-6-4, 13 points) at Geodis Park. The Boys in Gold haven't lost since a 3-0 defeat to the Seattle Sounders on April 19.
Last season, NSC lost both of its games against D.C., including a 4-3 loss at home on Oct. 2, which all but ended its hopes of reaching the playoffs for a fifth straight year.
