The Jacksonville Jaguars, who can on occasion do an incredibly faithful imitation of a professional football team, were in the midst of doing what they usually do — tossing a flicker of hope into yet another soul-crushing void.
On the road against the Vikings, the Jaguars were on the cusp of the red zone — that aforementioned flicker of hope — when Mike Glennon heaved a wobbly, underthrown pass that looked headed straight for the numbers of Minnesota cornerback Kris Boyd. Ah, well ... another turnover.
