Washington Commanders head coach Dan Quinn preaches brotherhood. His teams live by that motto, too, as we saw so often last season during Quinn's first season as Washington's head coach.
Part of that brotherhood is how the Commanders perform on the field, but it's also the relationships they've built off the field. Veteran players like Bobby Wagner, Zach Ertz and Terry McLaurin helped Quinn build Washington's brotherhood quickly. The Commanders' 2024 rookie class, led by quarterback Jayden Daniels, was also a part of the franchise's culture shift.
Another member of the 2024 rookie class, cornerback Mike Sainristil, quickly earned the respect of his teammates for his outstanding play, work ethic and leadership.
