Mets announce lineup for Sunday's second game of doubleheader vs St. Louis Cardinals

ST. LOUIS — As the Mets play the second half of a doubleheader against the Cardinals, they will be looking to ensure that they do not drop a second straight series.

The Mets dropped the opening game, 6-5, in Blade Tidwell's major league debut despite an eighth-inning rally that featured a two-run single by Francisco Lindor.

Now, with the second game slated for 6:15 p.m., Tylor Megill (3-2, 1.74) will be looking to play the role of stopper against the Cardinals' Andre Pallante.

Jesse Winker had to be removed from the opening game with right side discomfort and was undergoing an MRI after the game.
