In his second 2018 NFL mock draft released Wednesday, ESPN draft guru Mel Kiper Jr. once again projected the Cleveland Browns to select Wyoming quarterback Josh Allen with the No. 1 overall pick.
Kiper also mocked Allen to the Browns in his first mock draft.
Cleveland owns the No. 1 and No. 4 overall picks this year, and it remains in search of an elusive franchise quarterback.
