It's never far from the conversation, that notorious incident at Kansas last October. In promotions for Sunday's race in the Chase for the Sprint Cup, images of Matt Kenseth getting spun out by Joey Logano are ever-present.
Kenseth, however, prefers to think only of Sunday. To him, history begins and ends with last week's race at Charlotte. At least, that's what he said Friday after being the fastest qualifier at Kansas.

"I try not to get too far one way or another," Kenseth said when ask to compare 2016 to 2015.
