Pat Kelsey ended a scrum with reporters April 29 on the backside of Churchill Downs by fielding a question about Louisville basketball's 2025-26 roster.
The coach could hardly wait for his Cardinals to get in the starting gate.
"I think it's a phenomenal mix (of players)," he said. "We have about a month or so before they all get on campus, and I'm champing at the bit to get going."
