LSU fans were clearly angry with their team and coach Les Miles after the Tigers lost their season opener to Wisconsin on Sept. 3. We now know exactly how angry they were.
According to a report from The Advocate of Baton Rouge, La., discontented fans flooded the Tigers' athletic department with letters and emails, most of which called for Miles to be fired.

One fan went a step further.
“I hope they fire your stupid (butt) or you die,” one fan wrote to Miles.
Miles' secretary notified the Baton Rouge Police Department, which documented the incident in case Miles received more, similarly threatening letters.
