Los Angeles Dodgers fans might be allowed at Dodger Stadium in 2020 after all. The team, and Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James, partnered to make Dodger Stadium a polling site for the 2020 general election, according to ESPN’s Jeff Passan.
With the move, Dodger Stadium will become the first MLB stadium to be used as a voting center.
The Dodgers partnered with James’ new group — More Than a Vote — which he started in June. The group is dedicated to making voting more accessible for the Black community.
