Current Washington Redskins and former New York Giants safety Landon Collins didn't expect the Redskins to end up with quarterback Dwayne Haskins in the 2019 NFL draft.
According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, Collins said on Wednesday's episode of RapSheet and Friends that he thought the Giants would select Haskins with the No. 6 overall pick. Instead, the Giants took Duke quarterback Daniel Jones.
Haskins ended up falling to Washington at 15th overall, and Collins said, "I thought we stole the best quarterback in the draft.
