In a radio interview Thursday, Los Angeles Lakers general manager Mitch Kupchak said the 2015-16 season will be guard Kobe Bryant's last with the team.
Speaking on SiriusXM NBA Radio, Kupchak said "he has indicated to me that this is it."
Bryant, who played just 41 games combined in the past two seasons because of knee and shoulder injuries, hasn't said publicly if he's going to retire. He is scheduled to make $25 million next season.
"I think first and foremost, he's on the last year of a deal," Kupchak said in the radio interview. "There have been no discussions about anything going forward.
