The Golden State Warriors made their first road trip of the NBA Finals on Wednesday. It did not go well. Boston rolled to a 116-100 win to take a 2-1 series lead. And Celtics fans were — well, Celtics fans.
After testy Games 1 and 2 saw Warriors enforcer Draymond Green go full bully mode in San Francisco, Celtics fans greeted him as expected in Boston in Game 3. With a chorus of raucous boos during pregame introductions:
