The way the Knicks' season has gone, Carmelo Anthony can use a hug — just not necessarily one from a random kid during a game.
A boy ran up to Melo late in New York's loss to the Pelicans in New Orleans on Monday night. After an embrace and a brief exchange, the youngster was led back into the stands by a game official.

"I was shocked. I didn't really know who was it until I actually looked over and saw that it was a kid," Anthony told reporters, according to The Associated Press.
