Joshua Jackson, Frank Jackson named McDonald's All-American Game co-MVPs

CHICAGO — Joshua Jackson, the nation's top-ranked high school basketball recruit, and Frank Jackson were named co-MVPs of Wednesday's McDonald's All-American Game at the United Center.

Joshua Jackson had 19 points, four rebounds and three assists to lead the West to a 114-107 win over the East.
