Josh Gordon's petition for NFL reinstatement denied, report says

More than two months after applying for reinstatement in the NFL, troubled Browns receiver Josh Gordon has met his near-future fate.

Gordon's petition for reinstatement from his indefinite ban has been denied by the league, according to the Cleveland Plain Dealer.

The NFL's reported denial of reinstatement comes one day after news broke that Gordon failed an NFL-administered drug test last month.
