Buffalo Bills rookie running back Jonathan Williams was arrested early Thursday morning in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and charged with driving while intoxicated.
According to ArkansasMatters.com, a police report stated that an officer believed Williams to be intoxicated based on a field sobriety test, although the former Arkansas Razorbacks standout declined to submit to a breathalyzer.
