As the Johnny Manziel saga continues, so do the growing concerns of his family.
According to his father, Paul, the Browns quarterback has refused twice in the last week to be admitted to a rehabilitation facility.

"I truly believe if they can't get him help, he won't live to see his 24th birthday," Paul Manziel told The Dallas Morning News Friday.
Paul said the family first attempted to admit Johnny to the Enterhealth Ranch addiction facility on Sunday, though he refused to stay.
