Jobs in Jeopardy: George Pickens trade puts these Cowboys wideouts on notice

Cowboys Wire

The Dallas Cowboys' acquisition of WR George Pickens on Wednesday has made a lot of folks pretty happy. The team had relatively ignored the position throughout the offseason, watching Brandin Cooks depart in free agency, and only replacing him with Parris Campbell. Kavontae Turpin, the team's All-Pro returner was signed to a three-year deal and promised more snaps from new head coach Brian Schottenheimer, but his frame limits just how much he can actually be used within the offense.

Outside of UDFA signings, the team ignored the position on draft weekend, leaving a gaping hole in the depth chart opposite All-Pro CeeDee Lamb.
