San Francisco 49ers quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo suffered a season-ending torn ACL in Sunday's 38-27 defeat to the Kansas City Chiefs, the team confirmed Monday. ESPN's Adam Schefter first reported the news.
Garoppolo exited the game in the fourth quarter after his left knee buckled during a 13-yard run. Schefter spoke to one 49ers player after the game who said the injury "doesn't look good."
