SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — Warriors forward Jimmy Butler was set to play and in the starting lineup for Game 4 of Golden State’s first-round playoff series against the Houston Rockets on Monday night after he sustained a pelvic contusion in a frightening fall during Game 2 on Wednesday.
