Jets' Woody Johnson releases statement on passing of Colts owner Jim Irsay

The Indianapolis Colts announced on Wednesday evening that owner Jim Irsay has passed away. He was 65.

According to a release from the Colts, Irsay "passed away peacefully in his sleep."

Irsay had led the Colts' organization since 1997, which included winning two AFC Championships and a Super Bowl title during the 2006 season.
