A day after dropping Game 1 against the Memphis Grizzlies, the Utah Jazz announced on Monday that Donovan Mitchell is available for Game 2.
Mitchell missed the last 16 games of the regular season with a right high-ankle sprain. He told reporters Sunday morning that he didn't feel any pain and was "ready to go" for Game 1, but Jazz medical staff ruled him out after shootaround.
Memphis won Sunday's game 112-109. Mitchell told reporters on Monday that he was "definitely frustrated and upset" over being sidelined for Game 1.
