Jayson Tatum Uses Inhaler Before Games After COVID-19 Bout

Celtics star Jayson Tatum tested positive for COVID-19 in early January, and is still battling the after-effects three months later.

He revealed Tuesday evening after scoring 32 points in Boston's 116-115 win over Portland that he still uses an inhaler before games, something he never did before contracting the novel coronavirus. But, he says he's "close" to 100%.

"It's a process. It takes a long time," Tatum said. "I take an inhaler before the game since I've tested positive. This has kind of helped with that and opened up my lungs, and, you know, I never took an inhaler before.
