You won’t see a player go out of his way to throw haymakers at an opponent, but Javon Wims was looking for a fight.
By the time the dust settled, the Chicago Bears wide receiver found himself walking off of Soldier Field early on Sunday afternoon.
Wims found New Orleans Saints defensive back C.J. Gardner-Johnson and threw two huge punches to Gardner-Johnson’s head midway through the third quarter of their matchup in Chicago on Sunday.
It appeared that Wims was backing up Bears teammate Anthony Miller, who had just gotten into it with Gardner-Johnson.
