Jason Pierre-Paul spoke about the recovery of his hand and his future with the New York Giants on Wednesday.
According to Ralph Vacchiano of the New York Daily News, Pierre-Paul confirmed that "he still needs a couple more offseason surgeries on his damaged hand."
The 26-year-old has played with a cast on his hand since returning to the Giants following a contract dispute that lasted well into the season. He confirmed that he envisions himself with the team going forward, however.
"I want to be here next year," he said, per Paul Schwartz of the New York Post.
