It’s nothing new for NBA stars to use their influence to get a coach fired or another player traded.
But no NBA player may be more influential right now in that regard than Rockets star James Harden.

CBS Sports reported Thursday that not only was Harden instrumental in pushing to get coach Kevin McHale fired at the start of this season, but he also lobbied for the team to trade Dwight Howard before the deadline last week.
