Jack Mewhort Reportedly Re-Signs with Colts on 1-Year Contract

The Indianapolis Colts and free-agent offensive lineman Jack Mewhort have reportedly agreed to a one-year, $1.5 million contract that carries another $1.5 million in incentives, according to Mike Garafolo of NFL Network on Wednesday.

The Colts selected Mewhort in the second round of the 2014 draft out of Ohio State, and he was instantly plugged in as part of the protection package for quarterback Andrew Luck.

According to Pro Football Reference, as a rookie Mewhort played the third-most offensive snaps of any Colts player as he toggled between left guard and right tackle.
