Ivy League to introduce postseason tournament for first time

Unlike all other Division I basketball conferences, the Ivy League has no postseason tournament for the league title and an automatic entry into the NCAA Tournament. That is, until next year.

The Ivy League announced Thursday it will be holding a four-team postseason tournament starting in 2017 for both men's and women's basketball. The tournament will be held at March 11-12 the Palestra in Philadelphia.
