A wide receiver with two Super Bowl rings, a quarterback who led his team to four straight NFC titles and the 2006 NFL MVP are three of the 94 players who have been nominated for induction into the Pro Football Hall of Fame for 2017.
Hines Ward, Donovan McNabb and LaDainian Tomlinson were all on the long list of nominees that was announced by the HOF on Wednesday. Those three, along with Jason Taylor, Brian Dawkins, Chad Johnson and Shaun Alexander, were the first-time eligible players who made the nomination list.
