Tim Twentyman of DetroitLions.com announced Quin was unable to return after initially being listed as questionable. SiriusXM NFL Radio provided an image of Quin being attended to on the sidelines immediately following the injury:

ESPN's Michael Rothstein provided more details following Quin's injury:
Quin immediately went to the trainer's table to have his left leg looked at, including taking off his shoe.
