Jason Garrett may no longer be with the Dallas Cowboys, but he isn’t leaving the NFC East anytime soon.
The New York Giants hired Garrett to become their new offensive coordinator, the team announced on Friday night. ESPN’s Ed Werder first reported the news.
"I've known about Jason for a long time, not only through the general public as well-known as he is as head coach of the Cowboys,” newly-hired Giants coach Joe Judge said in a statement. “There were guys I worked with that I came across in my career at both Alabama and at the New England Patriots that worked with Jason through their time in Miami with him.
