Giannis Antetokounmpo will not return to Game 4 of the Eastern Conference semifinals after injuring his ankle and exiting the game.

He was diagnosed with a right ankle sprain after the first-half injury. He had to helped off the court and could be heard yelling in pain while grabbing at his leg. The reigning MVP had injured the ankle in the Game 3 collapse, but continued playing.
