The impending sale of TNA is coming down to the wire with the company set for its “Bound for Glory” pay-per-view on Sunday followed by tapings for its “Impact Wrestling” television show.

It’s a complicated situation with four different groups, Smashing Pumpkins founder Billy Corgan, Aroluxe Marteking, The Fight Network and Dixie Carter — who has a majority share — all owning a portion of the company.

The company needs a deal to occur by the end of business on Friday so it has the finances for the upcoming shows.
