Nebraska football's sellout streak marches on.
Two "generous donors" bought all the remaining tickets available for Saturday's game against FCS opponent Fordham, the school said Tuesday. The tickets will be given to kids from across the state of Nebraska who wouldn't normally have the chance to go to a Husker football game.
"We had two generous donors come forward and purchase the remaining tickets for the home opener so that we could provide those tickets to young people throughout the state," Nebraska athletic director Trev Alberts said in a statement.
"These donors have a strong commitment to Nebraska Athletics and understand our history and tradition.
