Former St. John's player Rysheed Jordan was arrested Wednesday in Philadelphia and charged with attempted murder, robbery and other offenses after police say he shot a man in the arm, Philadelphia television station WPVI reported.
Police said Jordan and two other men used Facebook to arrange a meeting with three other men to sell a cell phone,m according to the WPVI report. They say Jordan’s group then attempted to rob the others. Jordan attempted to flee on foot but was later captured, police said.
