The former NFL wide receiver set records for the 100- and 200-meter dash for his age group and earned the title of USA Track and Field Athlete of the Week, the organization has announced.

At the Oxy Invite in Los Angeles on Saturday, the 55-year-old ran the 100-meter dash in 11.30 seconds and the 200-meter dash in 23.24, proving he can still compete with today's NFL athletes.
The previous records in the 100-meter and 200-meter for men 55 or older were 11.
