The Seahawks make the list for two exceptional defensive end signings — Michael Bennett and Cliff Avril — two huge reasons why they immediately won the Super Bowl after the 2013 season. They've also done well at addressing defensive tackle, first with Tony McDaniel and last year with Ahtyba Rubin That's good enough to trump one bad QB signing (of Matt Flynn) and one shaky trade (for Percy Harvin).
It's too early to call the Jimmy Graham deal, which could still pay off big time. Seattle also has done a good job of locking up its core players of late (Russell Wilson, Earl Thomas, Richard Sherman, Kam Chancellor), and letting iffy ones walk (Byron Maxwell).
