Federal authorities have arrested a Houston woman accused of bilking former NFL running back Ricky Williams and several other athletes out of millions of dollars.
According to NOLA.com, authorities arrested Peggy Ann Fulford, 58, in New Orleans on Friday. An eight-count indictment charges Fulford with wire fraud, mail fraud, interstate transportation of stolen property and money laundering.

The indictment claims that Fulford lied about her educational background and that she told the athletes she had made millions of dollars buying and selling hospitals and real estate.
