Ex-NFL player Barret Robbins accused of felony battery against two women in Florida

Troubled former NFL player Barret Robbins has run afoul of the law again, according to Boca Raton, Fla., police.

Robbins, 42, was arrested after allegedly attacking a woman and her daughter outside a Best Western hotel, the Orlando Sentinel reported.

According to the police report, the women were standing outside the hotel when Robbins approached and began punching them repeatedly. Records show he was taken into custody shortly before 12:30 a.m. ET Tuesday and is facing two counts of felony battery.

Robbins, an All-Pro center with the Raiders, is perhaps best known for going missing the day before the Raiders played the Buccaneers in Super Bowl XXXVII.
