Britt McHenry's life changed dramatically on April 16, 2015.
The ESPN reporter came under fire that day after a video emerged showing her berating a tow company employee after McHenry's car was towed in Arlington, Va.

Some of the criticism that followed was justified. McHenry insulted the place of employment, level of education and appearance of the employee, who was simply doing her job. Getting your car towed sucks, but it's no excuse for a personal attack.
