Regardless of your first-round draft strategy, there are plenty of receivers with sleeper and breakout potential to add to your cheat sheet. For now, we're just looking at the guys we feel will be the most consistent and are the "safest" to call "every-week starters," but as we all know, receivers have their ups and downs, so grabbing some high-upside late-round guys is hugely important.
