The Philadelphia Eagles are the only team in the NFC East that isn’t in contention for the division title going into Week 17 of the NFL season. They blew that shot when they were trounced by the Dallas Cowboys, 37-17, on Sunday.
It’s made even worse by the fact the victor could take a playoff spot with seven wins, or even six depending on how things play out next week. Even so, Eagles coach Doug Pederson is “fully confident” he’ll return to lead the Eagles (4-10-1) next season.
“I feel fully confident to be the head coach of the Eagles in 2021,” Pederson said, via 94WIP SportsRadio.
