Miami Dolphins rookie quarterback Quinn Ewers hasn't spent much time in his football life anywhere other than the top of the totem pole. But after joining the Dolphins as a seventh-round pick, the former No. 1 overall high school recruit and three-year Texas starter is fighting for the right to be No. 3 on the Dolphins' depth chart.
But Ewers is getting his first bit of NFL practice time among rookies who are also battling for a spot on the roster. So he's using the Dolphins' rookie minicamp as a chance to show coaches his leadership abilities.
